Louis E. Sleiman is a co-founder and managing partner of Triforce. In 2015, Mr. Sleiman formed the company alongside his brother, Paul E. Sleiman, also a co-founder and managing partner of the firm. Within four years of starting Triforce, Mr. Sleiman has successfully completed over $100 million worth of real estate transactions and development work for the company’s balance sheet.

Prior to starting Triforce, Mr. Sleiman began his career working in the real estate, gaming & lodging investment banking group of Lazard, a preeminent Manhattan-based financial advisory and asset management firm that specializes in mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, capital structure advisory and capital raising, among other services.

Mr. Sleiman graduated with a degree in finance from the NYU Stern School of Business, where he was named valedictorian of the Stern Undergraduate Real Estate Program.
